AI SaaS Development

AI SaaS development for founders who need to ship, not prototype.

Every AI SaaS we build is architected with AI as a core component from day one, not bolted onto an existing scaffold. That means the data model, prompt engineering, evaluation harness, and cost controls are all decided up front with the rest of the product — auth, billing, multi-tenant workspaces, admin, observability. The result is a system that ships, that other engineers can work on, and that survives contact with real users. No demo-grade prototypes posing as products.

Brioodev builds full-stack AI SaaS products end-to-end — authentication, AI model integration, subscription billing, admin tooling, and deployment. Typical engagement runs 6 to 12 weeks. Stack is Next.js, React, Node.js, OpenAI/Claude APIs, Stripe or Razorpay, and PostgreSQL. Built and shipped by the founder, not delegated. SpecIQ — live at speciq.app with 240+ signups — is the reference case study.

The kind of work that fits.

  • Founders with a validated problem who need a senior team to build the first production version
  • Operators replacing internal tooling with a customer-facing SaaS
  • Existing SaaS companies adding an AI layer without rewriting their core
  • Solo founders who need a co-pilot for the architectural decisions, not just code

Every engagement ships with these.

  • Product architecture document — data model, system diagram, infra plan
  • Full-stack application — Next.js / React frontend + Node.js or serverless backend
  • AI integration layer — OpenAI or Claude with prompt versioning + evaluation harness
  • Authentication + multi-tenant workspaces with team roles and audit trails
  • Subscription billing via Stripe or Razorpay (one-time, recurring, metered)
  • Admin dashboard for support, billing, and feature flags
  • Observability — logs, error tracking, AI usage + cost metrics
  • Deployment to Vercel + a managed Postgres provider, with CI/CD
  • Documentation handover — README, runbooks, environment setup
  • Two weeks of post-launch support

The stack we ship on.

  • Node.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma
  • OpenAI API
  • Claude (Anthropic) API
  • Stripe
  • Razorpay

The things people ask before signing.

If your question is not here, send it via the enquiry form — every reply is written by the founder, not a bot.

How long does an AI SaaS build typically take?
Six to twelve weeks for a production v1. The lower end assumes a focused scope (single core workflow, one or two integrations); the upper end is a multi-tenant product with billing, admin, and observability. We do not take on six-month projects scoped as eight-week projects.
What does it cost?
Each engagement is scoped individually — no packages. Typical AI SaaS v1 budgets fall in the mid-five to low-six-figure USD range depending on scope. You receive a written scope document with line-item pricing before any work begins. No surprises.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You own everything we build — source code, accounts, secrets, infrastructure. We do not retain rights or licence anything back. Repository is yours from day one.
Do you sign NDAs?
Standard practice. We sign mutual NDAs before any commercially sensitive discovery work, and project work is covered by a written engagement agreement.
What stack do you use, and can I pick something different?
Default is Next.js + Node.js + PostgreSQL + Vercel because we ship faster on it and the production track record is strong. We will deviate (Python backend, different cloud, etc.) when the project genuinely requires it — but we will tell you when a stack choice is going to cost you weeks of velocity.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients abroad?
Brioodev is remote-first and operates globally. Existing clients are based across UAE, India, USA, and UK. Async-friendly communication, weekly syncs, time-zone-overlapping deep-work windows.
What happens after launch — do you stick around or disappear?
Two weeks of post-launch support is included in every engagement (bug fixes, deployment hand-holding, urgent tweaks). Longer-term ongoing development is available as a separate engagement, scoped per quarter.
What's NOT in scope for AI SaaS Development?
We do not run paid acquisition, do not handle ongoing customer support, do not provide creative branding from scratch (we will work alongside a designer if you have one), and do not take on projects where the core problem is fundamentally unvalidated. Validation comes first; build comes after.

Let's scope what you're building.

We take 1 to 2 new projects per month. Discovery call first, scope document second, build third.
