Brioodev is an AI development agency. Every project is handled personally from discovery to handover — no outsourcing, no agency middle layer, no surprises at delivery. The person you speak to is the person who ships the work.
Nikshit Sehgal is the founder of Brioodev. He designs and ships every engagement under the Brioodev name — full-stack AI SaaS products, business automation systems, and high-performance web products.
The reference work is SpecIQ — a multi-tenant AI documentation platform for manufacturers and exporters, live at speciq.app with 240+ signups across 14 industries. Deadstock AI, a Shopify app for inventory recovery, is currently in Shopify App Store review. Beyond the live products are two confidential client systems delivered for an e-commerce business and a marketing agency.
The personal portfolio lives at nikshit.me — Brioodev is the agency name under which client work is scoped, delivered, and handed over.
What we don't do
The work that isn't ours.
Brioodev is a focused agency. The list of things we don't do is the list of things that would dilute the work that we do. Listing it explicitly is the whole point.
- Marketplace gig work or freelance bidding platforms
- Generic web-dev agency with eight tech stacks and no opinion
- Template / starter-kit shop
- Revenue-share or equity-only engagements
- Projects where the core problem is unvalidated
- "Coming Soon" pages with no product behind them

Nikshit writes the code, makes the architectural calls, and owns the timeline on every engagement. No junior outsourcing, no agency middle layer, no handoff hell. The person you speak to on the discovery call is the person who ships the work.
AI-first, not AI-added
AI is a core component of how we design systems, not a feature bolted onto an existing scaffold. The data model, prompt engineering, evaluation harness, and cost controls are decided up front — alongside auth and billing, not after.
