Axeem Lab is a scientific equipment manufacturer. Brioodev rebuilt the marketing site and added an AI assistant so buyers can ask about laboratory equipment in plain language, instead of only searching the catalogue or sending an enquiry. The assistant is live on axeemlab.com.

What was breaking.

Axeem Lab's range covers laboratory instruments for universities, research institutes, and manufacturers. The catalogue is the right place to browse, but a specific question — which oven, which specification, whether a unit can be customised — does not always match a category name.

Before the assistant, that question became an enquiry. Someone on the Axeem side had to read it and reply. For a straightforward product question, that is a slow path.

The delivered system.

The new Axeem Lab site is a Next.js catalogue of the equipment range, with an enquiry flow for orders and custom work.

The AI assistant sits on that site. A visitor asks in plain language and gets an answer in the context of Axeem's products, without leaving the page they were already on. Enquiries stay available for anything that needs a person — quotes, customisation, and export orders.

The tools this system runs on.

Lessons we'll carry forward.

The useful place for this assistant is the site the buyer is already on. A separate chat product would have asked people to go somewhere else to ask about equipment they were looking at. Keeping the catalogue and the assistant on one site is the whole point.
