In short
AI Knowledge Assistant is a Brioodev prototype. It answers questions from a defined body of knowledge — product documentation, support material, and internal notes — so a team can use the workflow before committing to a full product. It is not a public product yet.
The Problem
What was breaking.
Product and support knowledge tends to live in documents. The person who needs an answer either knows where it is, or they ask someone who does. Search helps only when the question uses the same words as the document.
A full product is the wrong first step for that problem. The workflow has to be tried: what does a good answer look like, what happens when the knowledge does not cover the question, and when should a person take over.
What Was Built
The delivered system.
The prototype is that trial. It takes a defined body of knowledge and answers questions from it, in plain language.
It is intentionally not a launched product. There is no public signup and no published price. The point of this version is to see the workflow work on real material, then decide what a full build needs.
Status
Where this stands today.
A prototype, not a public product. It exists to prove the question-and-answer workflow on a real knowledge base.
Tech & integrations
The tools this system runs on.
Named here for transparency — every choice was made for fit, not familiarity.

What made it hard
Lessons we'll carry forward.
The prototype's job is to make the gaps obvious. If the knowledge is thin, the assistant cannot invent the missing part. Seeing that on a small build is cheaper than discovering it after the product is scoped.
Have something similar?
Let's scope what you're building.
Discovery call first, scope document second, build third. We take 1 to 2 new projects per month.
